Bowman
Carlisle Stack, 72 years of age, died Wednesday January 30, 2019. Carlisle was born in Bowman, a son of the late Claude W. Stack and Edna Cherry Stack. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He was the widower of the late Beverly Stack.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday February 2, 2019, at 3:00 PM, at Wightman UMC with Rev. Michael L. Written officiating; burial will be at Bowman Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 PM at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville, and at other times friends may call at the residence of Helen Smith Hwy. 210 Bowman.
Survived by two sons Joey Stack (Lacy) of Bowman and Carl Stack (Susan) of Bamberg, four daughters, Christy Stack of FL, Betty Stack (Melvin) of Orangeburg, Carla Stack (Justin) Eutawville, and Brandy Stack (Scotty) of Orangeburg, one sister Linda Smoak (and long time friend and brother in law William) of St. George, twenty six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
