Charles Robert Lawrence's Obituary
Charles Robert " Bobby" Lawrence, 68, passed away at his residence, Monday, August 19, 2013, with his wife of 49 years, Elizabeth, by his side. Mr. Lawrence was a member of Branchville Baptist Church, a member of Omar Shrine and the Dorchester Masonic Lodge, and an avid musician and guitar player.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 2013, at 3:00 PM, at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville, with Rev. Jakie Walters officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery, in Branchville. Visitation will be Thursday, 6:00- 8:00 PM at the funeral home. At other times, friends may call at the residence.
He is survived by two sons, Robbie (Katrina) Lawrence and David (Sybil) Lawrence, both of Branchville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Tamara Lawrence, Abigail Dukes, Sara Lawrence, Kristian (Mark) Jensen, Brett Ardis and Breanna Ardis, one great grandson, Garrett Whetstone, and one brother, John Lawrence.
The family suggests that memorials be made to Grove Park Hospice, PO Box 701, Orangeburg, SC, 29116-0701.
