Curtis D Holloway's Obituary
Branchville
Mr. Curtis D. Holloway, 73 years of age, died Sunday, July 26, 2009. Mr. Holloway was born in Arkansas, a son of the late Arthur Holloway and Lena E. Holloway. He was retired from the United States Air Force and from Charleston Naval Ship Yard. He loved spending time with his family and pets.
Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. , at the chapel of Ott Funeral Home, in Branchville, with the Rev. Jakie Walters officiating. It will be followed by a committal service at Edisto Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends, one hour before service, at the funeral home or at the residence.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Phyllis Stevens Holloway of Branchville, one son, Steven Holloway of Branchville, four daughters, Sherri Drolapas of Charleston, Vickie Faris of Paris, KY, Shirley Henderson of Bamberg, Jennifer Kristy Holloway of Branchville, as well as four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edisto Baptist Church Building fund.
