Deborah Lundy Bolin's Obituary
Deborah Lundy Bolin, 72, of Branchville, South Carolina, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 01, 2023. Deborah was born February 28, 1951, a daughter of the late Harold Lundy and Mrs. Norma L. Brewer. She was a huge fan of the South Carolina Gamecocks, NASCAR #24, and enjoyed gardening in her spare time.Mrs. Bolin was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with and spoiling her grand and great grandchildren.She loved her Savior and was member of the Bowman Southern Methodist church family.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 04, 2023 at the Bowman Southern Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Dan Thigpen, officiating and Rev. Anthony Curcio and Rev. Patrick Goodwin providing spiritual messages. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Fellowship Hall of the church.
Pallbearers will be John Anderson, TJ Paschal, Cody Ledwell, Jamie Marable, Patrick Magers, Nick Davis, Ricky Locklair, Bryce Bolin, Jordan Bray, and Brandon Smith.
She was preceded in death by her father, her maternal grandparents, Roy and Lillie Lowrimore and her paternal grandparents, Ed and Elsie Lundy. She is survived by her husband, her mother, Mrs. Norma L. Brewer, her sisters: Denise (Pete (deceased)) Dover, Donna Lundy, and Deedee (David) Thomas. Her children: Becki (Tommy) Paschal, Hal (Jennifer) Bray, Missy (Dan) Magers, Lewis (Heather) Bolin, Renee (Robert) Gosnell. She had 38 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Bowman Southern Methodist Church, P.O. Box 217, Bowman, SC 29018. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of nurses on the ICU floor at Roper St. Francis, Berkeley Hospital for the loving care that they provided for Deborah during her stay.
