Bamberg
Doris S. Heffelfinger, 70 years of age, died Tuesday July 17, 2018 at her residence. Doris was born in Bamberg, a daughter of the late Hamp and Dorothy Darnell Sellers. She loved gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday July 20, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Open Door Baptist in Bamberg, with Rev. Troy Peterson and Rev. Donnie Delk officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the church, and at other times friends may call at the residence.
Survived by her husband of 53 years, Harry B. "Butch" Heffelfinger, one son, Blaine Heffelfinger (Stephanie) of Branchville, two daughters, Michelle Moore (Richard) and Missi Gartman (Chris) both of Bamberg, one brother, Robert Sellers of FL, six grandchildren Jordon Heffelfinger, Jessica Moore, Justin Moore, Riggs Heffelfinger, Kolby Kittrell, and Noah Gartman. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Compassionate Care Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Compassionate Care Hospice 100 Ashland Park Lane, Columbia, SC 29210 Suite B.
