Edgar V. "Eddie" Hightower Jr., 81 years of age, died Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Eddie was born in Lafayette GA, a son of the late Edgar V. Hightower Sr. and Martha Cavendar Hightower. He loved researching local and family history, and photography.
Services will be conducted Saturday, December 8, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville, with Rev. Wayne Mobley officiating. Burial will be in Denmark Cemetery.
He is Survived by his wife of 61 years, Mazie H. Hightower, one daughter, Toni H. Ott (Clifton), one son, Von Hightowe,r both of Branchville, one brother, Judson R. Hightower of TN, two granddaughters, Marley Ott Myers (Tommy) and Heeley Ott Wyatt (Walker) both of Spartanburg.
