Elaine Smoak Collins' Obituary
Branchville
Mrs. Elaine Smoaks Collins, 60, passed away on July 15, 2016, following brief illness. She was born in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late David Samuel and Edna Rachel Smoak. She was employed by Westbury's Ace Hardware in Harleyville. A warm hearted woman, she loved her family, the outdoors, gardening, and her animals.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 11:00 AM, July 19, 2016, at Mt Tabor Baptist Church in Bowman, with Rev. Bobby Etheridge and Rev. Corey Leggett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, 6-8:00 PM, July 18,2016 at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville.
She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene Holt of Bowman, Casey Rena'e Holt Hutto of Bowman, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She is also survived by sisters Edith Griffith (Earl) of Florida, Carol Smoak of Bamberg, Sue Wiles (Stanley) of Branchville, one brother Claude David Smoak of Branchville and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by a brother, Emory Robertson.
