My family remembers her as "Sister Phyllis". Many times she sat at my Mom's dinner table after Sunday church service with the Branchville Church of God. She was a great friend of our family and her and my Dad Bobby Burleson would often harmonize in song together, with the glory filling the house! I don't remember her ever having said an unkind word about anyone and she almost never missed a church service that I can recall. She was a great blessing and will be greatly missed. I lost touch with Sister Phyllis in recent years but I look forward to our great church reunion in heaven where she and my folks are rejoicing today.
