Elizabeth Ann Lawrence's Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth "Liz" Lawrence, 76, of Branchville passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 28, 2025 in her home, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Charles "Bobby" Lawrence. She was born on December 14, 1947, the daughter of the late Charles and Lula Mae Butler. She was the sister of Mary Garrick (the late Tommy Garrick) and Sylvia (Jerry) Hammond. Two nieces, Tammy (Tim) Padgett, Tiffany Barb, and one nephew Glenn (Michelle) Hammond. With many great nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her two sons, Robbie (Katrina) Lawrence and David (Sybil) Lawrence, both of Branchville. Six grandchildren, Tamara (Drew) of Columbia, Abigail (Adam) of Branchville, Sara (Tripp) of Bowman, Kristian (Mark) of Elgin, Brett (Caroline) of Columbia, and Breanna of Irmo.
She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, Garrett, Grace, and Gage Sutton of Branchville. Lilly, Annie, and Ellie Looper of Bowman, Daxton and Charlotte Gump of Columbia, and Six others.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 1st, at 12 pm at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville with Rev. Jakie Walters officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service (11 am). Burial will be held at Sardis Church Cemetery in Branchville.
