Elma was my grandmom, as I knew her as I was her late husband Frank Hecht's grand daughter. I remember visiting when I was young playing with some of her beautiful dolls ( she always let me play with) and all the beautiful flowers. I will always remember her country accent, her always saying "y'all come back now ya hear" when we were leaving. I will always have these memories and wish I was better at keeping in contact with my extended family. I am sorry I wasn't able to attend the funeral as I live in NJ and I send my condolences to the family and friends. She was a part of my life I'll never forget and is a great loss. God Bless 🌹🌷🌻🧸🪦✝️
I am a schoolmate of Elma's, Branchville High School, and also a cousin. We were in the same class, some years, some not. but, we were always good friends for sure. She came over to my home and bought a beautiful puppy from me, an English Springer Spaniel, black and white. She later let a family friend have the puppy to raise. She will be missed for sure..heart felt condolences going out to her family and her loved ones..God bless you..her friend and her cousin.
