Ernest Rudolph Collins, 90 years of age, died November 22, 2024 at his residence. Ernest was born in Branchville, a son of the late Ernest E Collins and Jessie P Wimberly Collins, and the widower of late Barbara Ann Edwins Collins. He was retired from Methodist Oaks in Orangeburg, and was an avid fisherman, woodworker, gardener, and a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.Funeral services will be conducted Sunday November 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church with Rev Bobby Etheridge and Rev Jay Johnson. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, one hour before services.He is survived by one daughter Dina Collins, one sister Pearlie Shieder, and pre deceased by Frank Collins. Memorials can be made to Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 1183 Flatwoods Rd., Reevesville, SC 29471.
