Ezra Lee Westberry's Obituary
Bowman,
Mr. Ezra Lee Westberry, 79 years of age, of 1677 Wayside Dr. died Sunday December 16, 2007 at his resident.
Mr. Westberry was born in Orangeburg Co. a son of the late George Jefferson Westberry and Marie Sandel Westberry. He was a member of the Prospect Southern Methodist Church where he held many positions. He was a member of the Bowman Masonic Lodge 290 AFM, a retired farmer and a lifelong resident of the community.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday December 18, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Prospect Southern Methodist Church with the Rev. Wendell Holland officiating. Burial will be in the Rigby Cemetery near Bowman.
Survived by his wife of 52 years, Mrs. Ruby Bair Westberry, Two sons, Mike Westberry, and Glenn Westberry, one sister, Jennie Marie Westberry Herndon and her husband Billy, who is a close friend, all of Bowman, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by three brothers, William, Allen, and Jennings Westberry.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 P.M. at The Ott Funeral Home in Branchville and friends may call at the resident.
Memorials may be made to the Prospect Southern Methodist Church, or the Rigby Cemetery Fund.
