Freda Mae Rivers' Obituary
Branchville
Mrs. Freda Mae Rivers, 90 years of age, died Thursday, March 19, 2015. Mrs. Rivers was born in Frank- fort IN, a daughter of the late Leo Francis Leger Sr. and Flossie Sellers Leger. Mrs. Rivers enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Rivers has been a member of the Branchville community for the past 35 years; she was the widow of the late William Martin Rivers.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 22, 2015, at 3:00 P.M., at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville. The family will receive friends one hour before service; at others times, friends may call at the residence of Bill and Kathy Rivers. Burial will be in Ott Cemetery, in Branchville.
She is survived by two sons, William Rivers (Katherine) of Branchville, and Robert Rivers (JoAnn) of Chapin, two brothers, Bing Joe Leger and Leo Francis Leger Jr., both of Kokomo IN., one grandson, Robert Wayne Rivers Jr. of Chapin, two granddaughters, Dawn Nicole Rivers of Chapin, and Bobbie Jo Rivers Morris of Branchville, two step granddaughters, Jennifer Fasenmyer Bozard, and Rita Harley, both of Branchville, and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Ann Burke.
