Henry Guendell O'Quinn's Obituary

Mr. Henry "Hank" Guendell O'Quinn, 70 years of age, died Monday, November 29, 2010, at his residence. Mr. O'Quinn was born in Bamberg Co., a son of the late Rufus M. O'Quinn and Louise H. O'Quinn. He had a great love of horses and fishing; he was a member of Branchville Masonic #110 A.F.M, and was a lifelong resident of the Buckhead community.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 11:00 A.M., at Ott Funeral Home, in Branchville, with Chaplin Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Briar Creek Cemetery, on Hwy. 78, near Branchville, with full Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends one hour before services at the funeral home.
Mr. O'Quinn is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mrs. Linda G. O'Quinn, of Branchville, two sons, Dell Hobbs, of Raleigh NC, and Jimmy Williams, of Barnwell, one brother, Donald "Woody" O'Quinn of Georgetown, and one sister, Barbara A. O'Quinn, of Goose Creek. He is also survived by three grandsons, Matthew, Nickolas, and Mitchell, and a number of nieces and nephews.
