Bamberg
Mr. James W Wilson, 90 years of age, died Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Mr. Wilson was born in Bamberg, a son of the late George S Wilson and Elizabeth B Wilson. He was an active member of Hunters Chapel Baptist Church, a lifelong resident of the community; he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 11:00 A.M., at Hunters Chapel Baptist Church, with Rev. Billy Mew and Rev. Donnie Delk officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, from 6 to 8 P.M., at Ott Funeral Home, in Branchville.
He is survived by one son, Ken Wilson, one brother, Bennie Wilson, both of Bamberg, two grandchildren, Kendall Smith (Coy), and Haley Wilson, both of Walterboro, and two great grandchildren, Shylah and Carter Smith.
