Joyce B Bolin's Obituary
Branchville
Mrs. Joyce B. Bolin, "Nana", 61 years of age, died Monday, July 22, 2013. Mrs. Bolin was born in Spartanburg, a daughter of the late Joe E. Brown and Emma H. Brown. She was a member of Bowman Southern Methodist Church. She enjoyed singing, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., at Bowman Southern Methodist Church, with Rev. John Konieczko officiating. Burial will be in Ott Cemetery in Branchville. The casket will be placed in the church one hour before services. Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Lewis W. Bolin, one son, Lewis W. Bolin II "Heather" of Rowesville, two daughters, Missy Magers "Dan" of Branchville, Renee Gosnell "Robert" of Summerville, thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Bolin is also survived by three sisters, Betty Barnette, Becky Miller, and Sandy Rogers, one brother, Ronnie Brown, all of Spartanburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a grandson, Ryan W. Bolin, by two brothers, Bobby Brown and Jim Brown, and one sister, Mary Louise Brown.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 6 to 8 P.M. at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville; at other times, friends may call at the residence of Missy and Dan Magers. Memorials can be made to Bowman Southern Methodist Church.
