Kathleen Ann (Grace) Duval's Obituary
Kathleen Ann (Grace) Duval was born in Montpelier, Vermont to Marian (Haseltine) Grace and Walter Vincent Grace.
She moved to Connecticut as a young woman where she met her husband Michael Edward Duval at Pratt and Whitney. They were married on December 7, 1968 and have been together for 56 years. In their later years Kathy and Mike moved to Branchville, South Carolina where they settled into rural life. Kathy kept her home neat as a pin and enjoyed hours outside planting, raking and maintaining her beautiful yard.
Kathy loved to share her faith in Jesus Christ her precious Savior and looked forward to meeting Him face to face. She got her heart's desire after a sudden decline in health due to cancer. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16, 17
She leaves behind her husband Mike, two sons Thomas Duval, Stephen (Patricia) Duval and their three children Becca, Zoe and Casey. Also, two daughters Heather (Timothy) LeBlanc and their two children Zachary and Katherine. Michelle (Robert) Behr and their five children Nathan, Jasmine, Jada and fraternal twins William and Isaac.
Kathy is also survived by her mother Marian H. Grace, two brothers Thomas (Bebie) Grace, Stephen (Carol) Grace. In addition are three sisters Alice (Jefferson) Mabry, Susan (David) McCarney, and Margaret May, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathy was predeceased by her father Walter V. Grace, brother Robert (Patricia)Grace, and sister Donna (James) Varricchione.
