Branchville
Linda Landrum, 76, of Orangeburg, passed away at her residence on Monday, July 30, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at the Ott Funeral Home Chapel, 7305 Freedom Road, Branchville, SC, with Pastor Wayne Manning officiating.
Family members will remain at the funeral home after the service to meet and greet friends.
Linda was born on November 1, 1941, in Orangeburg County, daughter of the late Edward E. Ellis, and Hazel Nettles Ellis. She was a member of the Branchville Christian Church.
Linda was a resident of The Golden Years assisted living facility in Orangeburg, where she relocated following the death of her husband. She leaves behind numerous good friends at the Golden Years, who were like family to her.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gene A. Landrum, a retired Navy veteran, of Charleston, SC.
Surviving are her sister, Carol E. Williams of Branchville; two nieces, Terry (Herbie) Witherspoon of Branchville, and Donna W. Way of West Columbia; her aunt, Doris McKinney of Savannah, Ga.; and numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Branchville Christian Church, P.O. Box 36, Branchville, SC 29432.
