Mrs. Luciana Garcia Padgett, 71 years of age, died Tuesday February 19, 2008.
Mrs. Padgett was born in Bay Bay Layte Philippines, she was a member of The Berea Advent Christian Church, retired from the Smoaks Manufacturing Co., and made her home in the Smoaks community for the past 38 years.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday February 21, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at The Ott Funeral Home in Branchville, with the Rev. Bob Burdett officiating. Burial will be in the Hagan Cemetery near Smoaks.
Survived by her husband of 40 years, Mr. James L. Padgett Sr., ones son, one grandson, one brother, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 P.M. at The Ott Funeral Home in Branchville.
