Parker Wilson Nettles Jr.'s Obituary
Branchville Mr. Parker Wilson Nettles Jr., 64 years of age, of 3305 Cattle Creek Rd., died Sunday March 4, 2007 at his residents. Mr. Nettles was born in Charlotte NC, a son of the late Parker Wilson Nettles Sr., and Bernice Hucks Nettles, and stepmother Ruby Nettles. He was a fireman for the Cattle Creek Fire Department, a member of the Church of Nazarene in Charlotte, and made his home in Branchville for the past 4 years. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday March 6, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bobby Ethridge officiating. Burial will be in the churchyard. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Vicki Nettles of the home, two sons, Christopher Nettles of Nashville TN, and Samuel Arron Nettles of Branchville, one daughter, Stephanie Smith of Charlotte NC, three step children,Wesley Swink of NC, Elisha Swink, and Victoria Swink, both of Branchville, One brother, Thomas Nettles of NC and one sister, Donna James of Charlotte NC, two god children, Chris and Tracy Mills of Branchville, nine grand children, and a number of nieces and nephews.
