Patsy R. McCollum Bennett, 82, passed away peacefully in her home in Bamberg, SC. She is predeceased by her father, Marion McCollum, her mother, Bell Williams, her brother Henry Edward McCollum, her sister Dorothy Ott, her daughter Phyllis "Deenie" Ollic Capetillo, her son, Mark King Sr.
She leaves behind 7 children, Diane Mathis (Allen), Tommy Croft (Dianne), Sherry Croft, Donna Ollic, Philip Ollic (Michelle), Tammy Winn (Shane) and Amanda Mitchell (TJ). She leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren who she loved.
She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy. She loved going to church, spending time with family and going shopping. If anyone knew her, you know she had a set of lungs on her and she could sing loudly, proudly and beautifully. She will be dearly missed by everyone that knew her.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday October 29, 2023, at Church of God of Prophecy in Bamberg at 2:00 P.M., Burial will follow in Springfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before services.
Funeral arrangements will be made by Ott Funeral Home in Branchville, SC. 7305 Freedom Road
