Rebecca D Bolin's Obituary
Rowesville,
Mrs. Rebecca (Deppie) Bolin, 100 years of age, passed away, peacefully, at her residence on Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Mrs. Bolin was born April 25, 1910, in Orangeburg Co., a daughter of the late Edmund Dukes and May Shuler Dukes. She was the widow of the late Wells C. Bolin and a member of Bowman Southern Methodist Church; she loved gardening and was a lifelong resident of the community.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 24, 2010, at 11:00 A.M., at Bowman Southern Methodist Church, with Dr. Davidson officiating. The casket will be placed in the church one hour before services. Burial will follow at Cattle Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by one daughter, Ann Fletcher of Rowesville, two sons, Edmund Bolin of Charleston and Lewis Bolin Sr. of Branchville, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by one son, Arnold S. Bolin, and one great grandson Ryan W. Bolin.
