Richard Tovey Fletcher, 62, entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 9, 2010. He was the son of the late John DuPre Fletcher Sr. and the late Louisa T. Fletcher of Charleston, SC. He is survived by his wife, Annie B. Fletcher, two sons, Toby L. Fletcher and Sean Fletcher, a sister, Marion McKinney, and a brother, John D. Fletcher Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M.,Sunday, February 27, 2011, at Bowman Southern Methodist Church in Bowman, SC, with Dr. Davidson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Ott Funeral Home, PO Box 96, Branchville, SC, 29432.
