William Wesley Barrs' Obituary
Bamberg
Mr. William Wesley Barrs, 33 years of age, died Monday, December 28, 2009. Mr. Barrs was born in Bamberg, a son of the late Thomas M. Barrs, and Ramona P. Barrs. He was a truck driver, an avid hunter and fisherman; he loved spending time outside and working with his hands. He often helped people in need. His greatest love was spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 2, 2010, at 1:00 P.M., at the chapel of Ott Funeral Home, in Branchville with Rev. Dean Deer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before services. Burial will be in the Ott Cemetery, in Branchville. Pallbearers are, David Martin, Vic Wimberly, Eddie McAlhany, Terry McAlhany, Bubba McAlhany, and Matt Peay.
He is survived by his wife, Melody P. Barrs, one son, Will Barrs, two daughters, Tristen Alivia Barrs, and Allison Grace "Boogie" Barrs, all of Bamberg. He is also survived by one brother, Thomas M. Barrs Jr., (Tammy), one sister, Lacy Insua (Israel), both of Branchville, and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
