William Marvin Holman's Obituary

Mr. William Marvin Holman, 87, died Tuesday, July 7, at his residence.
Mr. Holman was born in Orangeburg County, the son of Julius Caesar and Lily Whetstone Holman. He was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed working outdoors, spending time with his family and his dogs. He was a member of Two Mile Baptist Church.
Mr. Holman is survived by his wife, Molly of Branchville. He is also survived by a daughter, Marlene Tyras of Houston, Texas, a daughter, Bonnie Holman Whitehurst of Branchville, and a son, William M. Holman Jr. of Orangeburg, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Tommy (Gloria) Furchess of Orangeburg.
The family will receive friends and family, Thursday, 6:00- 8:00 P. M. at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 10, at 11:00 A.M., with Reverend Bob Frederick officiating. Burial will be at McAlhany Cemetery.
