Janie Lee Ott's Obituary
Orangeburg
Janie Lee Ott, 68 years of age, died November 8, 2018 at her home. Lee was born in Orangeburg a daughter of the late Louie P. Ott and Iris Herndon Ott. Lee was a graduate of Columbia College, worked with the SCDNR for a number of years before she had to retire due to her MS. She attended the North Gate Baptist Church in Orangeburg, and loved spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.
A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday November 14, 2018, at 12:00 PM, at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville; the family will receive friends one hour before services.
She is survived by husband, William G. (Bill) Urban) of Orangeburg, one sister, Nancy C. Ott of Branchville, one nephew, Louie P. Ott III (Judy), of Branchville, two nieces Mary Helen Ott Wriston (Chuck) of Seneca, and Ashley Shuler of Branchville, and a number of great nieces. She is also preceded in death by one brother, Louie P. Ott Jr. and sister-in-law, Sharon H. Ott.
